VFD Programming & Drive Parameterisation
VFDs (variable frequency drives) reward careful parameterisation — the right ramps, motor model and protections cut energy use and protect the mechanics. We parameterise drives across the major brands and bring them onto the line bus cleanly.
We work with ABB, Siemens, Delta, Mitsubishi, Schneider and Yaskawa drives — using PROFINET, EtherCAT, Modbus TCP or Ethernet/IP as the fieldbus layer.
Energy tuning, V/Hz vs. sensorless-vector vs. closed-loop choice, motor protection (I²t, stall, ground) and stop categories (Cat-0 / Cat-1) are all designed in, not left as defaults.
