Assembly Automation Using Robotic Arms

Robotic assembly is a fixture and tolerance problem first, a robot problem second. Our cells start with a precise fixturing design — modular pallets, repeatable datums and force-controlled tools — so the robot has a fair chance at every cycle.

Vision is used where parts arrive unstructured or where post-assembly inspection is part of the cell. Torque-controlled drivers and force-feedback tooling round out the build-quality story.

The whole sequence is wrapped in mode logic (auto / manual / dry-run), recovery flows and a diagnostic HMI so a single trained operator can run the cell across long shifts.

Assembly Automation Using Robotic Arms

Capabilities included

  • Single- and multi-arm assembly cells
  • Modular fixturing with repeatable datums
  • Torque-controlled drivers and force-sensing tools
  • Vision-based part presence and orientation checks
  • Auto / manual / dry-run mode logic

How we engage

We work as an extension of your engineering team — from initial scoping through commissioning, training and post-handover support.

Every deliverable ships with documented source code, electrical drawings and an operator/maintenance manual so your team owns the machine, not the integrator.

01

BOM & tolerances

Assembly plan, tolerances and tool-load study.

02

Fixturing first

Pallets, datums and presence-check sensors designed.

03

Robot + tooling

Robot path, torque profiles and vision inspection built.

04

Capability run

Cp / Cpk verified across a representative SKU mix.

Consistent quality

Capable Cp / Cpk numbers across the batch.

Modular

Pallets and tools designed for SKU extension.

Built-in checks

Vision and torque feedback per cycle.

Scrap reduction

Defects caught at the cell, not downstream.
