EtherCAT-Based Motion Systems

EtherCAT is our preferred motion backbone — sub-millisecond cycle times, distributed-clock synchronization across slaves and excellent diagnostics. We design and deploy EtherCAT motion systems for packaging, printing, converting and assembly machines.

Topology, slave grouping and distributed-clock configuration are chosen for the jitter, hot-connect and safety needs of the application — not as a one-size-fits-all template.

We work with Beckhoff TwinCAT, Omron Sysmac, Keyence KV-XH and other EtherCAT-class controllers, and integrate cleanly with FSoE for safety functions on the same bus.
