We build pick & place stations that hold cycle time even under realistic SKU variation — using delta, SCARA or 6-axis robots paired with custom grippers and, where parts arrive unstructured, machine vision for pose estimation.
Tooling design is treated as a first-class engineering task — vacuum, mechanical or magnetic — sized for the worst-case product weight, surface and contamination conditions on the line.
Conveyor tracking, registration-mark synchronization and reject-handshake logic are all included so the station fits cleanly into the upstream/downstream rhythm of the line.
