Conveyor & Plodder Synchronization
Plodder and conveyor synchronization sounds simple until the upstream line surges or the downstream wrapper jams. We engineer accumulation, buffering and speed-matching so the rhythm of the line stays inside spec across realistic upset scenarios.
Master/slave speed-matching is built with electronic gearing and feed-forward, not just PID, so changes in line speed do not show up as marking, pile-ups or starvation downstream.
For plodders specifically, we tune extrusion-to-cutter sync with registration sensing, so cut length holds within the cosmetic tolerance even at the top end of nameplate speed.
